B4 Breakfast- All you need to do in the morning
B4 Breakfast~
- Sleep atleast 8hrs every night (main cause of dark circle)
- Wake-up, brush your teeth and drink some water
- Light exercise for 10mins (warm up and stretches only)
- Take a shower and moisturize your body
- Cleanse face with mild face-wash
- Apply any good moisturizer(with Spf 15 atleast)
- Have a healthy breakfast
- (include 3 kinds of fruits, 1 glass of milk, cornflakes/oats)
- Moisturize your lips with a lip-gloss or balm (with Spf 15)
- Apply some sunscreen over face and arms (Spf 15 is fine mostly)
- Tie a high ponytail or leave it free if it's untangled and smooth
- Smile and leave as Bold Beautiful, take over the world, learn, teach, share!
Quick - Touch up
Incase you want to have a quick make up do, add a few more steps.
- Glide on a herbal black kajal on the lower eye(leaving one-third on inner corner mutes your look)
- Colour your lips with a light shade of nude or peach(it looks light and formal)
- Use a mascara to pop out the eyelashes(i'm not a fan of this)
- Puff some face powder to give the matte effect(your face powder may already have spf, then skip it)
- Use a cream highlighter on the inner eye corner to brighten your eyes( if you have sunken eyes)
- Apply concealer if you have dark circles( a proper diet plan will teach you how to remove it)
- Check for fresh breath and your good to go!
Tips and facts-' how to choose your sunscreen ? '
You often avoid sunscreen as it makes you sweat. You will age twice faster if you make this mistake. Now you don't want wrinkles or spots~There's a solution! If you have sensitive skin, use a physical sunscreen instead of chemical one i.e. with ingredients titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. A physical sunscreen is usually low SPF like SPF20 . However SPF 20 protects you from UVB for 200 mins = 3hrs 20mins (you'll reach your destination by then). For sensitive skin I recommend Aloe Vera suncreen, which moisturizes your skin along with sun protection. Notice your sunscreen should also have UVA protection i.e. PA protection. PA+++ being the maximum available.
Good to know - SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor. The numerical value * 10 = mins of protection you get from sun. SPF protects from UVB, mainly visible tan is due to this. UVA causes skin burns, its protection is through PA. Maximum UVA protection is PA+++ . Since this is a daily cream, use a herbal or semi herbal product.
