Forget the commercial creams, go natural this day
-Put sugar on cut lime and scrub your face (will remove dead cells and cleanse)[Wash after 15 mins]
-Apply some papaya skin (radiates your skin) [Wash after 10 mins]
-Wash your face with milk or curd (reduces tan) [clear off soon]
-Apply some haldi paste [haldi+water](brings glow)
-Apply honey generously(natural best moisturizer) [remove after 30mins - 40mins]
**note - oily skin can skip honey as it may cause pimple burst - #SkinCare
Go light today, try to keep away from any cosmetics unless you have a bashing party. Will add the blog to show how to do that with least cosmetic soon.
-Take a long bath , enjoy the water/shower
-Use a soft sponge and delicate soap to scrub your self
-Use a natural soap like ForrestEssentials (expensive?Yes, so only use it on Weekends, other days go for mild glycerin or neem soap)
OR
Use a paste(curd 10 Tbs+ milk 5 Tbs+haldi 5Tbs+lime squeezed 2Tbps) but this is very time consuming , so you can can go for the first
-Apply a light coat of honey on your body ( specially place you need to wax)
BTW waxing is a matter of belief , if you don't believe- don't do.
-After some time wash off honey and go in for the fight #Wax
-After your done, wash off , dry yourself and apply a gentle moisturiser (like johnson's baby oil or nivea body lotion)
-Your skin will feel rejuvenated and fresh

We often overlook what we eat. But that reflects directly on your skin. Giving into pastries or oily stuff is okay but keep a check. Not just calories increase but it causes bloating of your stomach , so you have a bigger ponch!
-If you like desserts, eat in the morning so you get time to burn it out
-Keep a bowl of fruits as compulsory everyday/weekend
fruits like papaya - good skin
banana -reduces skin aging/wrinkles
apple - antioxidants
orange - vitamin C for immunity
mango/grapes-because it's tasty ;)
-Donot skip meals and have brunch, have all 3 major meals and 2 small helpings
3-breakfast,lunch,dinner
2-snacks bt. breakfast and lunch + snacks bt. lunch and dinner
-Balanced diet will be covered separately. - Do a home manicure and pedicure ( cheap and relaxing)
- Have fun, you earned it.....enjoy the weekend

-Is a belief, there is nothing like hygienic or must-do. It is so perceived by the world for women to be fragile and waxing suites them but today even some mean wax. Your hair is made to stay, they breath and speed sweat evaporation. It is natural to have hair and often removing it can be very hurtful and irritating for your skin. So, you decide, you can be equally sexy with or without hair! You cannot ask the head to be hairy and ask the rest of it to go~it not how nature works.
